Today is going to be so difficult for so many people as this event affected the whole world and was so tragic and sad.

So many people have lost loved ones and have had to try to rebuild their lives.

My hope is that people will learn to live with one another and have patience and compassion for their fellow man.

I will be watching the services held in American and England and I hope that something like this never happens again.

I think what rufus wrote so poignantly and with a lot of heart says it all for so many of us and was very well written and said so much about how we all feel.

Very well said Rufus. Today is a time to remember all of those poor victims of 9/11 and to focus on what is important in our lives. We never know when our time will be up and I think we should make the most of each and every day. What happened that day was truly horrific, the whole world stopped for that day and felt the pain. It was an attack on the USA, an attack on freedom and an attack on the world.

We are all New Yorkers on this day and ten years to the date, I still cringe when I look at the images.

Beautiful word's Ralph for such a tragic day.

I still remember like it was yesterday, it's hard to believe it was 10 yrs ago, i can't imagine how the people who are personally effected by this are feeling it was such a vicious attack and many many lives were lost and are still being lost to this day.

This day 10 yrs ago i thought i was watching a movie on tv as i was channel surfing it only took a couple of seconds to realise that it wasn't the case, i had tears streaming down my face as i watched it unravel in front of me, i didn't sleep at all that night as it was the early hours of the morning here when it happened, i remember going to work the next day as i was a manager of a very successful restaurant and we served 4 customer's that day when we should have served over 300 people, the roads were empty the shops were empty it was a ghost country that day here in Australia, our thought's our heartache our tear's were with all of America that day and have been ever since.

My heart goes out to all that were effected by this tragedy that not only changed America that day but it changed the world....

May you all find peace one day...

I hope the world remains in peace and no such incidents ever happen again.
