# Description: This topic is intended to introduce the staff to you. To explain who to contact regarding what problems and who does what.

At ibpArcade Downloads we have quite a large team of staff members. Each member of staff has a different role to play and each member of staff is essentially here to help you out. This topic will introduce you to the staff members and their role at the site. You can find a complete list of Staff by clicking My Assistant, Moderating Team found HERE

WHO DOES WHAT

THIS SECTION EXPLAINS EVERY STAFF MEMBERS ROLE SO THAT YOU KNOW WHO TO CONTACT IF YOU NEED SOMEONE

Administrators:

YoungL : Founder/Owner

I have been here since day one, started the site December 27th 2005. I deal with a lot of stuff behind the scenes. I help the Management team with making all the decisions and implement any big changes. I can be contacted about anything but if your question is arcade related I would recommend contacting someone from the arcade team as they know far more about what is going on at the end of the site.


Tezzag : Management

Tezzag has been here for, well I don't know to be honest, he is basically part of the furniture here. He is in the Management team and deals with a lot of the day to day decisions. If your account has been verified or is awaiting verification the chances are Tezzag has dealt with this or is dealing with this. He also deals with a lot of the re-verifications and other duties as needed.


Nellie : Arcade Middle Manager

Nellie has been a moderator here for a while but recently (in October 2011) became a Middle Manager, Nellie deals with a lot of the day to day running of the arcade which includes sorting the games, updating game descriptions and keeping an eye on the players.

Logan : Broken Games Middle Manager

Logan has recently returned to the site after a couple of years leave (October 2011), he is currently responsible for the broken games on the site. This includes testing reported games and fixing or removing them. Logan also helps out in the arcade from time to time with other matters.

Jacks : Community Middle Manager

Jacks deals with the community and forum side of the site. Jacks will help engage with the community and answer questions in the forums.

Robinrose : Site and Staff Team Leader

Robinrose deals with a lot of the day to day affairs of the site. Robinrose helps with communication between staff and will point staff in the direction in which they are needed.

Icecold : Community Team Leader

Icecold is our Community Team Leader and deals with the day to day running of the forums. Icecold helps by answering questions in the forums and if Icecold doesn't know the answer she will get someone who does know the answer to you as soon as possible.

Tinkerbell : Community Moderator

Tinkerbell or Tinks as she often goes by is one of our community moderators. She deals with the day to day running of the forums. Tinks will often be found and around the forums and in the shoutbox and will try and help wherever she can. If Tinks cannot help she will certainly point you in the right direction.moderator


Midnight Ranger : General Moderator

Midnight Ranger is fairly new to the moderating team but will help out wherever he can, in the arcade or in the forums.

My Introduction

My name is Leon, I am 23 and I live in London, England.

I am the founder of ibpArcade Downloads (which has been opened since December 27th 2005). I am currently a student at Kingston University London and am studying BSc Computer Science, I am now starting my second year and enjoying learning.

I am really in to my music; what young person isn't? I enjoy watching bands live and do so as often as possible. Recently I have seen bands such as Muse, The Killers, 30 Seconds to Mars, Maximo Park, We Are Scientists, the list goes on and on...

I spend most of my time in front of my computer (except when I'm seeing bands of course!) I have run several web sites; this being the largest of them all. I also run a well established hosting company, Ultimate Forum Hosting: http://www.ufhosting.org (Est. August 2007). May I recommend them highly! I am always interested in running web sites and starting new projects.

Hi i'm Terry and live in Brisbane Australia and have clocked up over half a century on this planet .
I am a business manager although these days due to health problems i only do this on a part time basis and spend the rest of my time annoying whoever i can, i currently run a number of SMF forum and am self taught in all things to do with computers and know the basics of programing so dont ask me too much on these points.

And as YoungL mentioned he runs a hosting company and i joined when he first took on the server and find this to be an excellent hosting package for me, as a lot of you would have found out the hard way some hosting companies love taking your money but soon as you put a little load on the server its goodbye time but not so with UFHosting

Although I have already posted my introduction in the other forum I still thought let me write something here also about me...

So here goes someting about me or what you say My Introduction

My name is jacks, I am in my young middle age (can't think of any other phrase :p) and I live in the other part of the world , i.e in Asia.

I am one of the staff member of ibpArcade Downloads. Although I am a bit new here for you all but I had been associated with this site previously also. I am currently working for a major retail company who is in consumer durables and home appliances products. I had been associated with Invision power board since long and I am very much involved fully in all this forums thing and all as I am associated with a few sites as an admin or staff member, support manager, and all.

I like to listen the music in my free time and have a very good collection of various music CD(s) (yeah i often get scolded for that but music is something for which a little scolding won't matter that much :D).

Hi everyone,

Second time around for me as a Moderator, though I don't have any tech knowledge, as Leon knows. lol

I spend a fair bit of time on the computer, usually playing Mahjong for my sins, and annoying everyone asking how to do things on Ibpdownloads.

I live in the UK with my impossibly spoilt brat cat and help out at my local theatre from time to time, usually making a brew for who-ever wants it. I love music (all types), reading and musical theatre, amongst other things and am blessed with a good ear and some very good friends to spend time with.

I live in the UK and really like being here and chatting with people in the shoutbox I may not have loads of technical techknowledge but I give it a go;)

Here to help sort out games and generally try to answer questions people may have or at least point them in the right direction.

I have enjoyed meeting all the members here and I am in awe at how good people are at playing the games as many will know I do play but how can I put this I am not great at them sigh as you may all have noticed lol

Once upon a time I used to be a part of the furniture here but life can sometimes get very hectic and busy and I have been away for a while, sorry I left for so long Leon :friends: .

I live in London, England with my husband and two children (well one child since the other is 21). I am teacher of which there is a thread about in the general chat area.

This site and its friendly staff and visitors easily gets it hooks into you, basically while I do everything else at home my computer sits with this as its home page so I am generally around if I am in the house and not out at work.

I have a vbulletin License and know the software and some of its mods fairly well, I have played around with smf and invision boards although not in any great detail (prefer vB) and if I can help I will.

I look forward to getting to know you better and although I like games you stand a very good chance of beating whatever score I manage (I am rubbish lol).
