At ibpArcade Downloads we respect, acknowledge and adhere to game creators/authors/publishers and copyright holders wishes. Should any game creator/author/publisher or copyright holder wish to have their game removed from our arcade system and our members arcade systems we agree to remove the requested games within 5 working days (Usually within 1 working day).

Upon notification of request of game removal by game creators/authors/publishers or copyright holders we will remove the game from our arcade (within 5 working days) and notify our members to remove the game from their arcade system by updating our "Banned Games Blacklist".

It is the individual responsibility of the members of ibpArcade Downloads to regularly visit the "Banned Games Blacklist" and take the appropriate actions to remove the games which appear on the list from their sites within reasonable time.

ibpArcade Downloads takes no responsibility for the individual members choice to not respect the game creators/authors/publishers or copyright holders requests for game removal.

Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure our arcade system is clear of all games on this list from our arcade, from time to time games may slip on to our arcade system. Our site administration team do take the time to remove all games on the list from our arcade as we spot them. We request that members support us by notifying us of any games from this list which appear in our arcade system.

I just noticed one of the newer games here " Tornado Smash" is a "Mausland" game and therefor requested not to be used.

Thanks freebird, i looked at the game when i lo0aded it and only saw the crazy monkey logo but when i looked now i can see the mausland sign in the game

Update: oceanbreezegames.com have been added to the blacklist following a request from them. The game we had on our site of theirs was Alphabet Jungle, if you have this game or any other game from their site installed on your site you are asked to remove them with immediate affect.

I just disabled the game My House is Bigger than Your House-- it is a banned Tony PA game from way when. If you have this game on your site, please remove it.

thought to take a look for anymore Tony PA games that might of snuck into our arcade here and perhaps into other members sites...

Sorry but Boat Rider -- an incredibly lame game- is now disabled , please do the same at your site if you have it

Also just found is three versions of the game High Wheels by Tony PA , you know the routine now right ?

Also the game Hypik , please remove, it no longer is available in our arcade either

Klostic just hit the dust here, if you are using it please remove from your site also

Lehmik 2 instances of it from our arcade now gone ...do you have this banned game at your site?

Oh God the Ants are Coming has retreated from our arcade, fumigate your site if they are there !

Noticed in this thread that candystand games are banned . Groundhog D. Day is a candystand game, don't know if this is still in effect.
