Registration Terms & Rules

In order to proceed, you must agree to the following:
ibpArcade Downloads Rules We believe in treating all members fairly and giving you the freedom to speak your mind. We do however want everyone to get along and we need to ensure that everyone is treated equally. We have come up with a list of rules for the site, listed below. It is important that you read and understand these rules, failure to abide by these rules may lead to the termination of your account and/or a ban from further access to the site. Do not cause offense to any other member through post or PM or any other part of the site. This includes, but is not limited to, swearing at a member, being racist (in any form), discrimination against a member (in any form.) Please ensure that messages requesting support are posted in the correct forum area. Do not PM staff members for support unless it is to do with the following: Questions regarding subscriptions (PM YoungL.) You are unable to post. You are receiving spam via PM from another member. You suspect another member of cheating in the arcade. Do not sign up with multiple accounts or attempt to have multiple accounts from members of the same site. Try to take part in forum activity as much as possible. Do not post offensive material (Pornography, Racism, Excessive Swearing or anything else which is intended to cause offense.) Maximum signature size is to be approximately 500x200px. Oversized signatures will be removed. Do not advertise your site in your posts...however if a member of staff asks you to post your site details you may do so. Do not ask members to visit your site via PM, posts or any other use of the site...however in certain cases staff (at their discretion) may offer to visit your site to resolve support queries. Staff may offer to make such visits to your site as they may deem appropriate but you should not assume or demand that they do so. Do not spam via PM. Do not spam via Forums. DO NOT SPAM. Do not post links to torrents AT ALL. Do not post links to illegal content. Do not upload illegal content. Do not promote other game downloading sites (unless you have prior approval given by YoungL.) Do not post in any foreign language (English only please) anywhere on the site. Do not spam other members via email. Do not post URLs in topics, arcade comments, PM's or anywhere on the site unless you have a good reason to do so (for instance if mentioning a software item a link for download/purchase of same would be a good reason to post a URL) or have been requested to do so by a member of staff. These rules may be amended at any time, it is your responsibility to ensure you stay up to date with the rules. Failure to follow these rules may result in a warning being applied to your account however this is at the discretion of the staff member. Any disputes against any warning needs to be taken up with either YoungL or. Three warnings will result in the termination or suspension of your account and ip addresses. Depending on the severity of the offense a direct termination or suspension may result.
