Disciplinary Policy
This announcement will serve as a policy document and will outline the course of action that will be taken upon the site rules being broken. The Staff are responsible for enforcing the site rules and will do so fairly and to the best of their ability. Each staff member will be able to use their own judgment on a situation and may at times seek the judgment of a second or even a third staff member. Actions taken by staff are in general deemed to be final, however, if you deem the action taken to be inappropriate or disproportionate to the offense committed you may contact the site owner (YoungL) to make a dispute. Disputes may or may not be considered and it is at YoungL's discretion.
We run a "Three Strikes" system here.
Three Strikes
Strike 1 (First Offense)
Upon a first offense being committed a warning will be applied to your account and you can expect to be contacted with regards to this warning to outline the reasons of this warning.
Strike 2 (Second Offense)
Upon a second offense being committed a second warning will be applied to your account and you can expect to be contact with regards to this warning to outline the reasons of this warning. You will be cautioned that a further offense will result in the suspension of your account.
Strike 3 (Third Offense)
Upon a third offense being committed a third warning will be applied to your account and you will as a result be suspended from the site for a minimum of 5 days, this can be increased up to a lifetime suspension depending on the severity of the offenses committed.
Severe Offenses
An offense which is deemed by the staff member to be severe and this includes but is not limited to:
- Posting Illegal Content
- Linking to Illegal Content
Arcade Offenses
Cheating in the arcade, using auto firing scripts, slowing down your computer or any other form of using scripts or manipulating of a score will result in an immediate suspension of your arcade privileges for a minimum of 5 days. A warning will be applied to your account also which will work as part of the "Three Strikes" policy. A second arcade offense will result in a further suspension of a minimum of 10 days from the arcade. A third arcade offense will result in the lifetime suspension or ban of your account from arcade privileges along with a minimum of 5 day suspension from the entire site. Each offense at this level will incur an additional warning which will count as part of the "Three Strikes" policy.
Expiration of Warnings
Each warning will expire after 9 months except from when 3 strikes has been reached within a 9 month period. These three strikes will remain active for 18 months.
Expired Warnings
Expired warnings will NOT automatically be removed from your account. You may request that a warning is removed 6 months after it was applied. If further warnings are applied after the 6 months and an expired warning exists on your account the staff member will at this time remove this warning and apply the new warning.
Warn Logs
Each warning will be logged, these logs will be kept on record indefinitely. These logs serve as a reference for staff members who may at time have to deal with your account. Only the staff and yourself are able to see your warn logs.
